by Regional Police say they’re investigating after several counterfeit $20 bills have been used at stores in the CBRM in the past week.
Police say the bills are not stamped with a hologram and have similar serial numbers beginning with “HXD7015”.
They’re advising people to be careful when accepting cash for payment.
