Some Cancellations and Dangerous Driving

Yet another blast of winter has led to school cancellations across the province, this morning.

Classes are cancelled in the Eskasoni School Board, at Wagmatcook School and the Strait Regional School Board, today.

However, school is still on in the Cape Breton-Victoria Regional School Board except for Rankin School of the Narrows in Iona.

Meanwhile, Sergeant Henry Poswaita with RCMP Cape Breton Traffic Services is warning drivers to use caution.

He adds all roads are snow-covered and visibility has been reduced.

And, Enivronment Canada has revised its forecast to increase today’s snowfall amount to between 10 and 15 cm.
