Regional Police Responded To 1,300 Calls Last Week

Regional Police say they responded to 1,308 calls during the week of April 20th to 26th.

There was one call for murder during the week, along with a single call for human trafficking and 16 for assault.

There were 32 calls for vehicle collisions and 43 traffic or driving complaints.

Police responded to 41 calls for disputes or disturbances, 7 calls for sexual offences, 1 call for robbery and 2 for arson.

There were 194 calls for premises checks, 32 false alarms and 78 summary offence tickets issued.
