More Funding Announced For Small Businesses

Premier Iain Rankin has announced more money for a program directed at small businesses during the pandemic.

He says another $17.2 million is being put into the Small Business Impact Grant and the province will top up payments made to all businesses that qualify under the program by $5,000.

Eligible businesses will get 15% of their sales revenue for the month of April 2019 or February 2020 up to a maximum of $5,000.

Business owners can apply for funding on the province’s website.
