McNeil Liberals Retake Lead In NS

A new poll puts the provincial Liberals back in the lead over the Progressive Conservatives in decided voter support.

The Narrative Research survey gives the Liberal 39% support.

That’s up from 31% in May.

Meanwhile the Tories have dropped five percentage points since that time and now stand at 28%.

The NDP are also down 5 percentage points to stand at 16 per cent, while  the Green Party is up two percentage points to sit at 15 per cent.

Thirty-five percent of the people polled are undecided, 4% refuse to state their preference, and 4% say they don’t plan to vote.

800 people were surveyed by phone for the poll that has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.5 percentage points, 95 out of 100 times.
