Man Charged After Sydney Stabbing Due To Enter Pleas
A man charged after a 17 year-old girl was stabbed in Sydney is due back in court today for another plea hearing.
44 year-old Brian Michael Costigan faces counts of Aggravated Assault, Assault with a Weapon and Assaulting a Peace Officer.
He was arrested after Regional Police say the girl was stabbed during a confrontation with a man and woman in the Sheriff Avenue/Townsend Street area on May 12th.
Police say the girl knows the man and woman.
Costigan has been released on conditions.
