Last Marconi Campus Convocations Today

The last two convocations for the Marconi Campus of the community college are taking place today.

The community college will be moving to the new Sydney Waterfront Campus in September.

More than 400 graduates will graduate in two convocation ceremonies at the Membertou Sport and Wellness Centre.

The first is taking place at 10:00 this morning with the second getting underway at 2:00 this afternoon.

There were nearly 12,000 graduates from the Marconi Campus over 25 years.

Bobby grew up in Whycocomagh before moving to Halifax to attend university where he earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Journalism degree.
