by The price of gas and diesel went down overnight after the Nova Scotia Energy Board used its interrupter clause to adjust prices early this week.
Gas went down by 6.2 cents a litre and now goes for a minimum of $1.45 in Cape Breton.
Diesel fell by 11.2 cents.
The minimum price for a litre of diesel on the Island is now $1.51.6.
