by RCMP in Cape Breton say they’ve seized two shipments of illegal cannabis products with an estimated street value of more than $113,000.
The Mounties say they started an investigation into a shipment of several boxes of suspected illegal cannabis originating from an address in Ontario on July 24th.
They say officers got a report of a second shipment of suspected illegal cannabis products also originating from Ontario on July 31st.
RCMP say they were tipped off about the packages by courier companies.
No charges have yet been laid, and police say the investigations remain ongoing.
