by Regional Police say a body has been found at a property in MacAdam’s Lake and the home on the property was destroyed by fire.
Police got called to Beechmont Road to a report of a missing person shortly after 5:00 on Friday evening.
They say officers found the home had previously been destroyed by fire and no call had been made to fire services.
Police say officers found the dead person on the property while investigating.
The person hasn’t been identified, but police say the last contact that was made with them was on Wednesday.
Police are asking anyone with information to call the Regional Police general number or contact Crime Stoppers.
