by Regional Police are warning about another heat pump scam in the CBRM.
They say they’ve had reports of a man and woman showing up to homes in Glace Bay and New Waterford claiming to be representatives of heat pump companies and looking for sensitive personal information.
Police say the two are not legitimate and should not be given any personal information or money.
They say the two have been described as wearing dark, casual clothing and one report said they were driving a white Honda Civic-type car.
