City Hall in Sydney is closed to the public today and tomorrow because of work being done to replace the building’s HVAC system.
The CBRM says City Hall will reopen to the public on Wednesday at 8:30 in the morning.
The Citizen Service Centre in the lobby is mostly staying open to the public during the project, except on days like today and tomorrow when the contractor requires a full building shutdown.
Meanwhile, the temporary building shutdown means the deadline to pay municipal tax bills has been extended to Friday.
The CBRM says no interest will be added for payments received on or before June 5th.
