Seal Island Bridge Down To One Lane, Starting Tomorrow

The provincial Department of Public Works says the Seal Island Bridge will be reduced to one lane from tomorrow afternoon until about Friday, June 5th.

It says the one-lane closure is needed to allow for the removal and replacement of 5 of the 7 joints on the bridge.

Traffic control signals will be in place, and the speed limit will be reduced.

Drivers are being warned to expect delays.
