The province has added the case of a missing Cape Breton man to its Rewards for Major Unsolved Crimes program.
The Justice Department says Michael Gerald Steele was last seen on March 13, 2019 at the Regional Hospital in Sydney where he was visiting his mother.
He was 39 years old at the time and is described as white, about five feet eight inches tall, weighing 155 pounds with short brown hair and blue eyes.
The Department says investigators believe there are people who may have information that could result in finding Steele.
Anyone who shares information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for Steele’s disappearance could get up to $150,000.
