by A meeting of Regional Council is being held at City Hall in Sydney this evening.
On the agenda is a presentation by representatives from the National Trust for Canada on the Downtown Sydney Regeneration Project.
Council will also hear a presentation from staff on a request from New Dawn Enterprises to make bylaw and planning strategy amendments.
Also on the agenda are discussions on the municipality’s next steps after a recent viability study, and the municipality’s plans to acquire some federally-owned properties.
This evening’s meeting gets underway at 6:00.
