A worker under contract to Nova Scotia Power was injured while working on a transmission right of way near Point Aconi, yesterday. NSP says a pole collapsed while the employee was working on it, at around 4:30 in the afternoon. The man was taken to the Regional Hospital with undetermined injuries. The provincial Labour Department is investigating the incident.
