Expect traffic delays Monday in Whitney Pier as the Overpass will be closed for extensive, long-overdue repairs.
Both bridges of the Overpass will be getting new asphalt and waterproofing; the bridge on the Sydney Side will also be getting new expansion plug joints.
Detours will be in place along Lingan Road, Ferry Street, and the SPAR.
The project is expected to be complete by the end of October.
