Woman Charged In Sydney Murder Due In Court

A woman charged with second-degree murder in the death of a Sydney man nearly two years ago is due to appear in Sydney Court this morning by video link.

31 year-old Mallory Ann Paul, from Millbrook, has been charged in the death of 80 year-old Douglas MacLeod Barrett.

His body was found in his home on Terrace Street on March 22nd of 2019.

Paul was living in Sydney at the time.

She’s being held at the Nova Institution for Women in Truro.
