by People in downtown Sydney and Whitney Pier are experiencing low water pressure, dirty water, or no water pressure after a significant water main break just before noon this morning.
The break is causing problems for all of downtown, including the North End, and much of Whitney Pier.
Municipal water crews are currently repairing the main, and service should be restored by sometime this evening.
