by The Municipality says the Water Utility has had a major transmission main break in Sydney River behind the Superstore on Kings Road.
CBRM says the leak has been isolated and crews are on site.
They go on to say customers in the Alexandra Street, Sydney River and Coxheath areas can expected reduced water pressure but those outside the immediate area are not expected to be without water.
They say service is expected to be fully restored this evening and will provide more updates when information is available.
