by Regional Police are reminding ATV riders the vehicles are not allowed on roads, sidewalks or the new multi-use path along the Sydney-Glace Bay Highway.
ATV’s were recently spotted on the path meant for walkers, joggers and cyclists.
Police say riders who break the rules could be fined.
They also want to remind ATV users to always wear a helmet and have a valid permit.
