Vote For Munro Park

Mayor and Council are encouraging people in the Regional Municipality to vote for North Sydney’s Munro Park in a national contest, today and tomorrow.

The Park is one of four finalists for a $250,000 Grand Prize in the Kraft Project Play competition.

It’s already won 25-thousand dollars in the contest for making it to the finals.

That money will be used to make improvements to the soccer field and buy some equipment.

People can vote in the contest by going to kraftprojectplay.com starting at 1:00, this afternoon.

Voting wraps up at 1:00 on Wednesday morning.

The grand prize winner will be announced on Friday.
