by The province’s COVID-19 vaccination program expanded this morning to include all people 80 and older.
The last group to be included in that age category are people who were born between September 1st and December 31st.
As of 7:00 this morning, they’re now able book an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccination.
Vaccination appointments can be made online at novascotia.ca/vaccination or by calling 1-833-797-7772.
The vaccines are being delivered at ten community clinics in the province, including one at the Canada Games Complex at Cape Breton University.
Some pharmacies are also vaccinating people 80 and older, including Stone’s Drug Store in Baddeck.
