Two-year Jail Sentence Imposed In B&E, Theft Cases

An Albert Bridge woman was handed a two-year jail sentence today after pleading guilty to charges including break and enter.

36 year-old Holly Lynn Holland also pleaded guilty two counts of theft late last month.

The break and enter charge comes from a break-in on January 10th at a home on Malcolm Road in Albert Bridge.

Holland pleaded guilty to stealing money and jewelry from the home.

She also pleaded guilty to theft from a store in Sydney in December.

In addition to her jail sentence, Holland has been sentenced to two years on probation and will have to provide a DNA sample.
