Two new cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia

Provincial health authorities have identified two new cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia today, including one new case in the Eastern Zone.

Four more people have recovered, bringing the number of known active cases of COVID in the province to 46.

The other new case was found in the Western Zone.

Both are related to travel outside of Atlantic Canada, and both are self-isolating.

The case in the Eastern Zone is in Eskasoni, as confirmed by Chief Leroy Denny publicly earlier.

Since October 1, there have been 356 cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia.

310 people have recovered since October 1.
