Two new cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia

Provincial health authorities say they’ve identified two new cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia, bringing the number of known, active cases of the respiratory infection in the province to 13.

Both cases are in the Central Zone, and health officials say they’re under investigation.

1,111 people in Nova Scotia have tested positive for the novel coronavirus since the pandemic began; 65 people have died.

1,033 Nova Scotians have recovered from COVID-19.
