Two killed in single-vehicle crash on Grand Lake Road; police seek driver

Regional Police are looking for the driver of a truck that crashed on Grand Lake Road early this morning, killing two people.
Police say they were called to the scene at around 7 this morning; they say a pickup truck struck a pole between CBU and the Ultramar service station.
Police say a woman in her 30s and a man in his 40s were found dead at the scene. They say the driver, believed to be a man in his 30s and with injuries, was seen running away.
Police say he was wearing a green sweater and blue jeans.
Anyone with information on the driver or his whereabouts is asked to call Regional Police or Crime Stoppers.
The westbound lanes of Grand Lake Road were closed between Gardiner Road and the SPAR for most of the morning; the road has since reopened.
