Two Displaced After New Waterford Fire

The Red Cross says two people have been forced from the home after a fire in New Waterford on Wednesday night.

The agency says the man and his adult daughter weren’t hurt in the blaze at 3425 Warren Avenue.

However, it says their side of the company house was extensively damaged.

Red Cross volunteers are helping the pair with emergency lodging, clothing and food.

There’s no word on the cause of the fire.
