Tuesday Garbage Pickup Today Because of Holiday

The Cape Breton Regional Municipality says all garbage, blue bags and green carts normally collected on Tuesday’s will be collected today because of the New Year’s Holiday.

Transit Cape Breton buses will not run tomorrow but the service will return to its regular schedule on Wednesday.

The last runs leave Sydney at 5:00, this evening.

Grocery stores, liquors stores and malls will be closed tomorrow.
