Trump Tests Positive For COVID-19

U.S. President Donald Trump says he and first lady Melania have tested positive for the coronavirus.

The 74 year-old says the couple will begin their self-isolation immediately.

Trump’s doctor says the President and the first lady are both well at this time and plan to remain at home at the White House while they recover.

He also says Trump will continue carrying out his duties without disruption while recovering.

Word of Trump’s contraction of COVID-19 comes just a month before the U-S presidential election.
