Meanwhile, Victoria County and the Village of Baddeck have set trick or treating time for the period from 5:00 this evening until 8:00, tonight.
Police are reminding drivers to be on the watch for trick-or-treaters.
They say trick-or-treaters should dress in brightly coloured costumes and use reflective tape for increased visibility.
Police will have extra patrols in place for Halloween.
That includes help from Coast Guard College cadets who’ll be foot patrolling in several neighbourhoods.
