by The trial of a 15 year-old charged with criminal negligence causing the death of an 18 year-old classmate at Sydney Academy is set to resume, today.
The teen, who can’t be named because of his age, is accused of pushing Chris Chafe into the path of a school bus in February.
Chafe was pronounced dead at the scene.
Last week, the trial heard from several witnesses who said some students were horsing around in front of the school before the incident.
The Crown wrapped up its case on Friday.
