Trial Due to Start for Dominion Man

A Dominion man is due in Sydney court today for a trial on a number of charges.

 

  47 year-old Rodney Carson Timmins faces three counts of dangerous driving and two counts of uttering threats, as well as single counts of impaired driving, evading police, mischief by damaging a vehicle and refusing a breathalyzer.

 

Timmons pleaded not guilty to all of the charges during a court appearance in January.

 

He’s been released on conditions.
