Three New COVID-19 Cases Reported In NS

The province is reporting three new cases of COVID-19 today.

One of the cases is in the Inverness, Victoria and Richmond Community Health Network, putting the total number of cases in that area at three.

Health officials say the case reported today is related to travel outside Atlantic Canada.

The two other new cases are in the Central Zone.

One is related to travel outside the Atlantic Region and the other is a close contact of a previously reported case.

There’s now a total of 25 confirmed active cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia, including one in the Cape Breton County Community Health Network.

No one in the province is currently in hospital with the virus.
