Three new cases of COVID-19 found in Nova Scotia

Provincial health authorities reported three new cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia yesterday.

One case is the St. FX student announced by the school yesterday, while the other two are in the Central Zone; one is related to travel outside of Atlantic Canada, and the other is a close contact with a previously reported case.

One more person has recovered, bringing the number of known, active cases of the disease in Nova Scotia to 31.

1,529 Nova Scotians have tested positive for the novel coronavirus since the pandemic began; 65 people have died.

1,433 people in Nova Scotia have recovered from COVID-19.
