Nova Scotia is reporting 30 new cases of COVID-19 today, including one in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality and one in the Inverness, Victoria and Richmond community health network.
Thirty-six people have recovered, bringing the number of known, active cases in the province to 247; five of those are in the regional municipality, and one is on the rest of Cape Breton Island.
One more Nova Scotian has been hospitalized, bringing the number of people in hospital with the illness to 16; five of those are in intensive care.
