Third Attempted Murder Charge In Hit & Run Case

Another attempted murder charge has been laid after a hit and run in Waycobah last month.

18 year-old Jenilee Kaitlyn Francis is also facing charges of Aggravated Assault, Assault with a Weapon, and Obstruction.

The charges date back to August 25^th.

Francis has been released on strict conditions.

Two men are also facing charges in the case and are now on remand until Friday.

Police say their investigation continues.
