Tentative Trial Dates Set For Murder Accused

Tentative trial dates have been set for a Victoria County man charged in the death of 77-year-old Gordon Budge.

An earlier hearing for Brian Cody Rose from New Haven was adjourned last month.

Rose faces a count of second degree murder in Budge’s death in August.

An 11-day trial was scheduled to start on January 8th of 2024 when Rose appeared in court today.

The case is due back in court to confirm the trial dates on May 24th.
