Tentative Trial Dates Set For Murder Accused

Tentative trial dates have been set for a Victoria County man charged in the death of 77-year-old Gordon Budge.

An earlier hearing for Brian Cody Rose from New Haven was adjourned last month.

Rose faces a count of second degree murder in Budge’s death in August.

An 11-day trial was scheduled to start on January 8^th of 2024 when Rose appeared in court today.

The case is due back in court to confirm the trial dates on May 24^th.
