Tentative Deal For NSCC Faculty & Support Staff

At strike at the Nova Scotia Community College has been avoided after a tentative agreement was reached, yesterday.

More than a thousand faculty and support staff at the Community College were set to go on strike, today.

Details of the agreement have not been released.

However, the Atlantic Academic Union is recommending its members accept the new contract proposal when it goes to a vote later this week.
