by The provincial Department of Transportation says it’s hoping to make temporary repairs to a washout on the Louisbourg – Main-à-Dieu road, this week.
The road is now closed after a section washed away in heavy rain on the weekend.
The temporary repairs will include filling the gap with gravel.
More permanent repairs are expected later when the ground isn’t so soft.
