by RCMP say a teenager suffered serious injuries after the dirt bike they were driving was hit by a dump truck in Inverness County yesterday.
They say they got a call shortly after 4:00 yesterday afternoon to a section of Highway 19 in Judique.
Police say the bike came onto the highway from a dirt trail before being hit and the 15 year-old driver was thrown off the bike.
The teen was brought to hospital by ambulance before being flown to Halifax.
The driver of the dump truck wasn’t hurt.
Police say their investigation continues.
