Sydney Man Charged With Attempted Murder Gets Trial Date

 A Sydney man facing two counts of attempted murder will stand trial on April 6th.

38 year-old Aaron Curtis Mickey is facing a total of 18 charges.

They also include four counts of aggravated assault, three counts of assault with a weapon and single counts of break and enter, wearing a mask in committing an offence and careless use of a firearm.

The charges were filed after shots were fired into a home on Upper Prince Street in Sydney on December 23rd.

No one was injured in the incident.

Mickey will remain in custody until his trial.
