A 48-year-old Sydney man is facing impaired driving charges after a truck carrying 45 thousand litres of propane rolled over in Dartmouth.
Police say they were called to the scene the intersection of Akerley Boulevard and Gloria McCluskey Avenue at around 10 AM yesterday.
They say the driver was the only person in the truck, and was uninjured.
Police say the driver was arrested for impaired operation of a conveyance and will appear in Halifax provincial court at a later date.
