A Sydney man charged after a police chase that ended with an SUV crashing into a Sydney home is due back in court, today.
Last month, the home on Davenport Road suffered extensive damage along with four vehicles that police say were hit by the SUV during the chase.
34 year-old Darren James Clarke faces five counts of mischief involving property damage and single counts of evading police, assaulting a police officer, impaired driving, dangerous driving and breaching a court order.
Clarke continues to be on remand.
At the time of his arrest, Clarke was on probation after being sentenced for being an accessory after the fact in the brutal beating of a homeless man in North Sydney.
