by Regional Police say a man was arrested yesterday after officers got a report of a man with a gun in the Hillside Court area of Sydney.
37 year old Ryan Carmen Howell from Sydney appeared in Sydney Provincial court today on charges of Uttering threats to property, and Uttering Death Threats, as well as Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose, Careless use of a firearm and Breach of a firearm ban.
Police say they seized a gun but there were no injuries.
Howell is on remand until his next court appearance on Thursday.
Police say their investigation continues, and anyone with information is being asked to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
