by A Sydney man was released on bail today as he continues to face charges following a stabbing in Sydney earlier this month.
22 year-old Christian Michael Lewis was arrested on September 4th on Charlotte Street in Sydney after police issued a warrant for his arrest.
Lewis faces charges of aggravated assault, assault with weapon, possession of a weapon dangerous to the public and theft of a vehicle.
He was charged after a 29 year-old man was stabbed on Dorchester Street on September 1st.
Police say the man was sent to the Regional Hospital in serious condition with multiple stab wounds.
Lewis is due back in court for a plea hearing on October 15th.
