Service Nova Scotia is reminding people some essential provincial government mail delayed by the postal strike will be available for pickup at Access Nova Scotia centres starting tomorrow.
It says only people who got a call from government staff about their items can get them between 9 in in the morning and 1 in the afternoon at the centre closest to them.
People need to have valid government identification for the pickup.
Department of Community Services clients who get cheques are being advised to contact their caseworkers directly.
Service Nova Scotia says people should use online services and direct deposit wherever possible.
