Six new cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia

Provincial health authorities have identified 6 news cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia.

Four more people have recovered from the respiratory infection, bringing the number of known, active cases in the province to 21.

Health officials say the new cases are in Nova Scotia’s Central Zone, and are related to an emerging cluster that is being investigated by public health.

1,142 Nova Scotians have tested positive for the novel coronavirus since the pandemic began; 65 people have died.

1,056 people in Nova Scotia have recovered from COVID-19.
