Six Arrested In Cocaine Bust

Regional Police say they seized over 140,000 dollars worth of drugs after six people were arrested on charges of cocaine trafficking and conspiracy earlier this week.

They say they stopped two vehicles in Big Bras d’Or and Milleville on Tuesday, arresting 47 year-old Kevin Joseph LeBlanc from Reserve Mines, 30 year-old Jonathan Brandon Eisan from New Waterford, and a 23 year-old Sydney woman.

Police also raided a home in Cheticamp and arrested a 44 year-old man from Dominion and a 36 year-old Cheticamp man.

A 28 year-old Sydney man was arrested in the case yesterday.

Police say their investigation continues.
