Sexual Assault Accused Reported Missing

RCMP say a Richmond County couple is now missing after being accused of sex offences involving a child. 

Police say they were told yesterday evening Daryl and Shelley Digout were last seen in Barra Head on May 31st.

The couple is facing charges of sexual assault, sexual interference and sexual exploitation and had been released on conditions ahead of a court appearance in August.

Daryl Digout is described as 6-foot-1, heavy set and bald with blue eyes and was last seen wearing camo pants and a dark blue t-shirt.

Shelley Digout is described as 5-foot-4, with a thin build, brown hair and hazel eyes and was last seen wearing camo spandex pants and a green t-shirt.

Anyone with information on where the Digouts are is asked to call police or Crime stoppers.
